A member-run, member-led community for real estate entrepreneurs across the country, with its first Clubhouse in Dallas, TX. People here share tools, trade what worked, and close deals together.

Our mission

Build the room real estate entrepreneurs actually need

Most people doing this work alone pay for four things separately: somewhere to work, capital for the close, a lender who answers, and the tools. We put them in one building at 1214 S Akard Street and one membership, so a first deal does not need four contracts to get started.

The floor is real estate people only, which is the part that does not show up in a price. The person at the next desk has probably closed the deal you are stuck on, and there is no five-figure coaching program waiting at the end of the conversation.
